"" (population 16,290) is a town and municipality in central Slovenia. Located in the eponymous valley of by the river Sava, the area is known for its rich deposits of coal and one of its three power plants features Chimney - reputedly the Europe"s tallest chimney (360 m). In the past years it has also become notorious for its co-incineration plant designated to be built in "s cement factory.
