EXTRA Iran: Future of nuclear deal depends on US compliance

Brussels (dpa) - Iran‘s promise to curb its nuclear programme under the deal signed with six world powers is "conditioned" on the United States‘ compliance with the agreement, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif says following a meeting with European counterparts.

Germany, France, Britain and the EU are "fully aware that Iran‘s continued compliance [is] conditioned on full compliance by the US," Zarif wrote on Twitter after the talks in Brussels.

He said there was "strong consensus" at the meeting that Iran is complying with the deal, Iranian people have "every right to all its dividends" and that any move undermining the deal is "unacceptable."
