EXTRA German woman seriously injured in Paris attack

Berlin (dpa) - A German woman was seriously injured in the attack at the Champs-Elysees in Paris, a Foreign Ministry spokesman in Berlin said.

The woman, who happened to be at the scene when the shooting took place, was in a stable condition, the spokesman said.

While the injuries were serious, they were not life-threatening, he said.
